Bryan Fazio brings a powerful blend of personal resilience, legal skill, and unwavering commitment to advocacy to his role at Solimon | Rodgers, P.C. Born and raised in Irvine, California, Bryan is proud to serve the community he calls home. A dedicated husband-to-be and loving stepfather to his 12-year-old son Luca, Bryan values family deeply and brings those same values into his client relationships—leading with empathy, compassion, and integrity.

Bryan’s legal journey began after his Honorable Post-9/11 service in the U.S. Navy during wartime operations. His firsthand experience with injury and recovery—having survived cancer five times and sustained service-related injuries—fueled his passion for helping others navigate complex benefits systems. He understands, on a deeply personal level, just how vital access to benefits like workers’ compensation, veterans’ benefits, and Social Security Disability can be for injured individuals and their families.

Academically, Bryan graduated with honors in Political Science – Pre-Law from California State University, Fullerton in 2009. He earned his Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School in 2017, graduating as the Honors Graduate in Criminal Law Concentration. Continuing to refine his courtroom skills, Bryan went on to earn his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Trial Advocacy from Chapman University’s Fowler School of Law in 2018.

Before joining Solimon | Rodgers, Bryan worked extensively with underserved populations, including low-income veterans, where he established a reputation for being a fierce advocate and compassionate legal counselor.

A die-hard Dodgers and Rams fan, Bryan brings that same tenacity to every case he handles. At Solimon | Rodgers, P.C., he is proud to be part of a powerhouse team that fights to ensure injured workers receive the benefits and justice they rightfully deserve.
