
Peter J. Solimon is a founding partner of Solimon | Rodgers, P.C. and a powerhouse advocate in the field of workers’ compensation law. With over 15 years of legal experience, Mr. Solimon has dedicated his career to fighting for injured workers’ rights across California and Texas. He focuses his practice on Workers’ Compensation cases – including complex Subsequent Injuries Benefits Trust Fund (SIBTF) claims – and also handles Personal Injury matters, bringing the same tenacity and client-first approach to every case. As one of the architects of Solimon | Rodgers, he has helped build the firm’s reputation as a compassionate, results-driven legal team known for standing up for the “little guy” against large insurers.
Born and raised in Southern California, Mr. Solimon earned his B.S. in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine in 2006, while concurrently completing a degree in Computer Electrical Engineering from ITT Technical Institute. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Western State University College of Law. Mr. Solimon is licensed to practice law in California and Texas, and is admitted to all California state courts as well as every U.S. District Court in the state. He is also conversant in multiple languages, including Arabic, allowing him to connect with clients from diverse communities.
Mr. Solimon has secured countless high six-figure settlements and numerous lifetime pension awards for his clients. His results have earned him national and regional recognition. He was named a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” for four consecutive years and in 2025, earned full selection to the Super Lawyers list. He has been honored by The National Trial Lawyers as one of the Top 40 Under 40 civil plaintiff lawyers, as well as among the Top 100 Trial Lawyers and the Top 25 Workers’ Compensation Attorneys in the country. The American Institute of Legal Counsel recognized him as one of California’s “10 Best” Workers’ Compensation Attorneys for Client Satisfaction. In 2024, he was named to L.A. Style Magazine’s Top 100 Lawyers and profiled by ForbesCelebrity.com as one of the Top 10 Public Figures of the year.
