Originally from Scotland, Anthony completed his B.A. degree in English Language and History at the University of Glasgow, and then attended University of California, Davis School of Law.

During law school, Anthony earned a Witkin Award for Academic Excellence. He interned at the Superior Court of Contra Costa County and at the Law Revision Commission. He also volunteered at California Rural Legal Assistance, helping staff attorneys with legal research and preparing for civil trials, and worked as a law clerk for an immigration law firm. These experiences have helped him understand the challenges that clients face when confronted with a confusing and often unsympathetic legal system.

Prior to joining Solimon Rodgers, Anthony worked for several banks in their anti-money laundering and financial compliance departments.

When not at work, Anthony can be found at the gym, hiking, and reading.
